I am Chris Bokuniewicz, Owner, and I've been living in the West Volusia county area for over 20 years. I provide responsible handyman services tailored to meet the needs of homeowners and property managers. Flooring: Installing luxury vinyl plank, laminate, hardwood. Replacing baseboards and trim. Replacing existing floors with the same material such as removing existing tile and laying new tile.

Landscaping: Building garden fixtures, upgrading existing landscaping areas, seasonal furnishing assembly and disassembly, Christmas decorations, mulch installation, leaf removal, yard cleanups, gutter cleaning, pressure washing.

NOTE: Florida law requires licensing for certain types of electrical and plumbing work. I comply with applicable law and will always ensure you understand what can and cannot be done as part of your free quote. This is done to ensure you are fully satisfied with work performed.
